Beware of IDX BrokerThis used to be an excellent company, but recently it has been plagued with poor to non-existent tech support and ongoing issues with its platform. Customer service is difficult to reach and does not reply to most emails. In my case, there has been a bug in their program that remains uncorrected after four months. The rare times I get a reply to my ongoing inquiries and complaints, it is always "our team is aware of this issue and our developers are working to correct it."
